Lamina Pro includes a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.
If Lamina is not suitable for you, contact hello@lamina-app.com within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
No explanation is required.
Please use the email address entered during checkout or include the relevant order or receipt number so that the purchase can be identified.
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take up to ten days for the refund to appear on your account or card statement.
Once a full refund has been issued, the corresponding Lamina Pro licence key will be deactivated and may no longer be used.
The guarantee is generally limited to one refund per customer and licence. It does not cover fraudulent purchases, deliberate refund abuse or unjustified chargeback abuse.
Nothing in this voluntary guarantee limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Try before you buy
Lamina can be downloaded without providing payment details.
The application includes a 14-day trial of the Pro features. After the trial period ends, Lamina continues to operate with the features available in the free version.
The trial is intended to allow you to check compatibility with your Mac and determine whether Lamina meets your needs before purchasing.
EU and EEA consumers
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it is governed by the mandatory consumer law applicable to the purchase, Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and the withdrawal information presented during checkout.
For digital content supplied immediately, the statutory withdrawal right may expire after delivery has begun if the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.
Irrespective of whether a statutory withdrawal right remains available, the separate voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee described above continues to apply.
Consumers in Switzerland
Swiss law does not provide a general statutory right to change your mind and cancel an ordinary online purchase.
The voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee described above nevertheless applies to eligible purchases by customers in Switzerland.

Include:
the email address used at checkout; and
the Lemon Squeezy order or receipt number, if available.
You may also use the order-management or receipt link provided by Lemon Squeezy.
Refund requests made after the 30-day guarantee period will be considered where required by mandatory law or where the product is materially defective and the problem cannot reasonably be resolved.
