In these terms, “Lamina” and “the App” refer to the Lamina macOS application provided by Vale Florea.
“Lamina Pro” refers to the paid feature set of the Lamina macOS application and to the licence that unlocks those features.
References to “Lamina” include Lamina Pro where the context applies to both the free and paid versions. Where a provision applies only to the paid features or paid licence, the term “Lamina Pro” is used expressly.

Lemon Squeezy handles the checkout, payment, invoicing, applicable indirect taxes, refunds, fraud prevention and chargebacks.
The right to use the Lamina macOS application is granted by Vale Florea under the Lamina End User Licence Agreement.
Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy apply to the checkout and purchase transaction.
